Semiconductor curve traces

From cornish semiconductor corporation
Revision as of 05:36, 11 September 2026 by Cornish semiconductor (talk | contribs)

The curve trace plots you can see on this site are made with an oscilloscope and are the amount of current that a substance allows to flow through it across a range of voltages (from -2.5V to 2.5V) unless otherwise specified. Curve plots only tell part of the story with these semiconductors, as they are 'snapshots' of their behavior, and do not provide information on noise characteristics or how the material 'flips' between different modes of conduction. Sonification is another approach, which is of course the purpose of this project.
